Hello Dear,     The Chinese National Sports Federation is currently seeking for a motivated and experienced foreign coach that will conduct training sessions with the young talented players.     Key Responsibilities:   • Train the team in creating a high performance environment, leading by example and ensuring that the code of conduct is adhered to by both staff and players alike.   This includes coaching in appropriate attire and ensure fair play is maintained during training and games.     • Make sure that you are familiar with and understand the philosophy and vision.   • Keep all game statistics. Collate and ensuring copies are sent centrally to the CNSF Performance Department.     • Ensuring all welfare and safety requirements for the team are met and that players abide by the ENSF Code of Conduct.     Monthly Salary: US$18,400.00 Dollars     Remuneration: This post is a contracted position with candidates being paid a daily rate commensurate to experience.
